Ptychography 2025 – Cornell/MIT/TFS Workshop
In the summer of 2025 I co-organized an electron ptychography workshop with David Muller and Jim LeBeau, sponsored by ThermoFisher. Over 4 days, 30 in person participants attended theory lectures, acquired ptychography data at the microscopes, and ran reconstructions. Recordings of the lectures (which were concurrently attended by an additional 30-50 attendees virtually) are available here.
py4DSTEM Tutorials
I have been an instructor for the annual 4D-STEM analysis short course at M&M for the past several years. These have not been recorded, but the course materials are generally available online. The latest are hosted here. Other py4DSTEM tutorials (not all of which I have been involved in) are also available here.
PARADIM Summer School 2024
The lectures of all the PARADIM electron microscopy summer schools were recorded, and are an excellent resource for all aspects of STEM. The videos are available here, and specifically my lecture on 4D-STEM is available here.
